01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing za99 at za99.fun, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the za99 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services available through za99, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and all promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions and will be displayed where relevant.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use za99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. za99 does not permit persons under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual whose details are used during registration. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and preferred payment method details.
• You must not already hold an existing za99 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a business, organisation or syndicate.

za99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of your payment method or other documentation we reasonably require to confirm your identity and age. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended pending document submission.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your za99 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and any other actions taken while logged in.

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify za99 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that your contact details, including your registered mobile number, remain current. za99 uses your mobile number for account security and payment verification.

za99 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to maintain account security. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is being used by more than one individual, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Payments

za99 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and major debit cards. Mobile wallet deposits are typically processed within seconds of confirmation.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. za99 does not accept payments made from accounts belonging to third parties.
• za99 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside za99's control and responsibility.
• Deposits made in error — incorrect amounts, wrong account — must be reported to support immediately. za99 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.
• za99 reserves the right to request confirmation of a payment method before processing a withdrawal if the depositing method cannot be verified.

05 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your za99 account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are subject to wag ering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 06 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed at the point of request. VIP members receive priority processing.
• za99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest method for most Pakistani players, with funds appearing in your mobile wallet promptly upon approval.

If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, our support team will contact you with an explanation and, where applicable, the steps required to complete verification and resubmit your request.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

za99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free bets and VIP rewards. All offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting strategies across accounts or platforms — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from free bets, after meeting stated conditions, may be eligible for withdrawal.
• za99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any incomplete wagering requirements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support. za99 reserves the right to reclaim bonuses credited due to system errors.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on za99, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. za99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in the case of a clear and verifiable system error.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time data feeds. There may be a brief delay between an on-field event and market suspension. Bets accepted after an event that would clearly affect the market — such as a wicket or goal — may be voided at za99's discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market, which are displayed in the sports betting section.
• PSL and international cricket fixtures follow standard cricket betting rules. Match winner bets for limited-overs games require a minimum of the specified number of overs to be completed for bets to stand.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and vary by event. These limits are in place to protect the integrity of the market and are applied fairly across all players.
• za99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

08 Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on za99, including Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games:

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer setups from established software providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of za99.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. za99 is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection dropping mid-round.
• If a technical fault causes a game to malfunction or produce an error, za99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to your balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are set by the individual game and will be displayed within the game interface.
• Live Casino tables are subject to the operating hours and availability of the live dealer studio. Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect live table availability.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

za99 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to place bets or interact with games without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or unintended game behaviour to gain an advantage. Any gains obtained through exploitation will be reversed.
• Collusion between players in poker, casino games or sports betting pools.
• Match-fixing, insider trading or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Any form of money laundering, using za99 to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at za99 staff or other players.

za99 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and account behaviour. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. Confirmed breaches will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance.

10 Responsible Gaming

za99 is a platform for adult entertainment. We take our responsibility to players seriously and actively support tools and practices that help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Set a personal budget for each session before you start playing and stick to it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Take regular breaks. Extended sessions without breaks can affect judgment and lead to decisions that go beyond your intended spend.

12 Account Closure

Either you or za99 may close an account at any time, subject to the following:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact support to request account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• za99-initiated closure: za99 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of fraud, fair play violations or identity fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• Self-exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their account closed for the requested period. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is not permitted.

13 Limitation of Liability

za99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and accurate data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• za99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
